(*) The date for the death of James Wilson Ellison, Sr. is in not correct. The
death date on the tombstone is actually that of James Wilson Ellison, Jr. who
died in VA in 1862. James Sr. died in 1873. His Will is dated 1873 and he has
several court records in Anderson after 1862. The lady who had the tombstone
erected had incorrect information.
